Pipe Count is a program that allows you to calculate the wall thickness of pipeline elements under the action of internal pressure in accordance with EN 13480-3.
Including:
1. Straight pipe.
2. Elbow.
3. Reducer.
4. Flange connection.
5. Dished end.
6. Flat end.
7. Branch connection.
Pipe Count has a built-in database of standard elements and materials.
Including:
1. EN 10253 - Butt-welding pipe fittings.
2. EN 10216 - Seamless steel tube for pressure purposes.
3. EN 10217 - Welded steel tube for pressure purposes.
4. EN 10222 - Steel forgings for pressure purposes.
5. EN 10028 - Flat products mad of steels for pressure purposes.
6. EN 1092 - Circular flanges for pipes, valves, fittings and accesories.
7. EN 1514 - Gaskets for PN-designated flanges.
Pipe Count generates a report of the calculations performed.
The report includes each element and consists of:
1. Process data - PS, TS.
2. Sketch of the item with the necessary dimensions.
3. Characteristic parameters of the selected material.
4. Test pressures of the element in accordance with EN 13480-5.
5. Minimum wall thickness calculation results.
6. Maximum operating pressure - MOP.
Pipe Count generates procedures and guidelines that are the perfect complement to the calculation report.
Including:
1. Bolt tightening guidelines with a list of bolt tightening torques.
2. Screw tightening protocol depending on flange type.
3. Requirements for the scope of pipeline inspection and testing.
4. Requirements for control of design documentation.
5. Final Documentation Requirements.
5. Requirements for the scope of weld testing.
6. Pressure test guidelines and protocol.
7. Declaration of conformity of design and execution.
Pipe Count assesses the category of a pipeline in accordance with EU Directive 2014/68/EU.
The assessment becomes part of the calculation report along with the selected module (if there is one within the appropriate category).
Pipe Count generates a template of nameplate with the CE mark if the assessment requires such a mark.
